While children of all ages are welcome to worship in the Sanctuary, we have also set up a “Pray-Ground” in Frampton Fellowship Hall where families with young children can experience worship together. The service will be live-streamed to the large screen there with the option of coloring sheets, puzzles, and books for the children to use. There will be no supervised activities for children, so parents must remain with their children in the pray-ground. Regular children’s Sunday School will resume in the fall.
Our experienced sitter staff invites all children under the age of four into our fully equipped nursery and playroom, which is open 9-11:00 a.m. Our classrooms meet all state requirements and we strive to maintain a safe and enriching environment for our youngest visitors. The staff is trained on church regulations and guidelines.
As a caring, Christian community, we strive to create a space that is safe and welcoming to all. To that end, we understand and respect that many in our midst may not be vaccinated for a myriad of reasons. We are reminding everyone that our policy, in accordance with the city and CDC guidelines, is that all unvaccinated individuals are to continue to wear their masks while in church buildings in order to keep our fellow congregants safe, especially in consideration of the children in our midst who cannot be vaccinated yet.
