Hunger knows no season but for this season of Advent, we are asking you to help take the light of Christ out into the world by donating shelf stable foods. We are collecting food for the Broadmoor Food Pantry, which is a local community food bank that distributes food in our area. Each week of Advent we will highlight a different food item centered on the Advent candle for the week. Through Christmas, you can bring non-perishable items to the collection bins in Fellowship Hall, weekdays between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Items will be displayed as part of the Christmas Eve service.

Week of November 21: HOPE

Week of November 28: LOVE

Week of December 5: JOY

Please bring PEANUT BUTTER which is another important source of protein that can last quite a while, bringing joy to full bellies!

Week of December 12: PEACE
